Universal Satellite Communications, Incorporated (UniSat) was created in 1997. The
company is an extension of NSTV which began operation in early 1991. UniSat was
essentially born out of a desire to build a company that would address the industry's need
for high quality, live remote production and transmission services throughout the western
region of the United States. Our headquarters are located in Los Angeles, California.
The staff at UniSat is comprised of a team of professionals with over 48 years of
combined experience in broadcast television production. Complete technical knowledge and sound
engineering skills serve as a critical foundation for all of our operators and
engineers. Emphasis has
been placed on providing excellent service with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
All of our facilities include state of the art equipment and are maintained to the
highest network standards. UniSat has received numerous accolades from the industry for
exceptional service. We are honored to be the recipient of the Loral Skynet Uplinker of
the Year Award for flawless performance from 1998-2001 and again in
2002.
